Ladies and gents, meet the Seinar Fleet Systems Immobilizer 418-R Reconnaisance Interdictor Cruiser.

Now, before the rabid Warsies out there begin to bite my head off over the canonity of things here, let me point out a few things;

First off, yes I am aware that it's probably far from looking like an Interdictor cruiser. I made this model from memory alone and used no reference whatsoever.
Secondly, yes I'm aware it's very low detailed. It's *supposed* to be, since a lot of the detail is left to texturing; I had intended for it to be a low-poly game model. And thirdly, if you cared to read the description, it's *not* an Interdictor cruiser.

Now, technicalities aside... <.<

This is the Recon Interdictor; it's a small, fast ship designed along the basic lines of the full-sized Interdictor cruiser. It's designed as an explorer, and running true to Imperial fashion, it uses its gravity well generators to trap any new species it encounters dead in its tracks.

Designed to operate independently over long periods of time, far from Imperial space and support, though it carries more than enough support craft to make up for it.
Strike craft can be changed according to the ship's mission profile, though TIE Interceptors are standard with TIE Scimitars as bombing support.

I modeled, textured, lit and finished this model in a day and a half! Woo for me!! ^__^

Very nice! I am also always glad when I see women interested in military equipment and even more happy when the said women get to design their stuff in CGI :dance:

I freakin hate seein those things. When they knock you outa hyperspace its like the rudest awakening you can imagine. Even if you got no spice or arms, the officers will find some violation on your ship and demand a bribe!

An Interdictor would make a great recon craft...just when you remember that its also a warship. An Immobilizer-class ship would be able to act much like the frigates the 18th and 19th centuries. A scout that able to run down and destroy or capture anything smaller and like hell if a ship of the line shows itself. Frigates were frequently sent on detached duty to deal with merchantman at sea and coastal vessels near the enemy coast.

To the point, incredible done from memory, darlin'. Looks better than any model I've seen LucasArts make.

Very nice, but in the techniqalities you should add at least the length of it. You said it's a recon right, so is it bigger or smaller than the standard Interdictor?
